This modules stores information about cheques which are produced in other modules. Common payees can be stored & maintained here, and the module is also used for cheque reconciliation.

This module stores and maintains claim and reinsurance information. Claims information is classified into categories such as property, liability and automobile.

This processes and generates various reports regarding account information. It also performs financial and accounting functions including budgets.

This module manages an active investment portfolio. It tracks current and historical values of investments, income, accounting, statistics and trends.

This module stores and maintains client and policy information. Policies are categorized into farm, residential, commercial and automobile. The policy module can also be used to generate quotes, both on new business and changes to existing policies.

This module maintains the payment information for each policy. It tracks billings and payments, agents'/broker's commissions and payment plan information. It creates payment schedules taking into account policy endorsements, and the regular flow of monies.

This module maintains rate tables for the specific lines of business the comany offers, allowing automatic rating in the Policy Modules.

This module processes information from the other modules to create statistical data. Property, liability and automobile statistics on premiums and claims may be reported to IBC or OMIA. The data can also be used for internal business analysis.

This is integrated into many modules to process information. Any policy, claim, or user can set up an abeyance to be recalled and reminded at some future time and date automatically.

All of the data and electronic media in Titan are encrypted. All Titan generated reports are encrypted. We make sure your data is secure.

Titan is capable of storing various forms of digital media, including, but not limited to, images (scans & digital photographs), Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, .pdf files, as well as audio & video files. When stored, the media files are tied directly to a specific policy, claim, GL entry or other location within Titan.

Notes are integrated into many modules. Notes consist of general remarks, abeyances and function as a diary system. Any client, policy, claim GL entry, or rate item (and more) can have Notes attached to it. Notes is also an inspection tracking system.

Titan can calculate the percentage and amounts of refunds from surplus, and generate the necessary cheques.
