Organizational Chart
SEH Computer Systems Inc. is a young company on the move. In the past few years, there have been many exciting changes in the insurance industry and our company has been changing to meet these new challenges.
SEH Computer Systems Inc. started out as the computer department for a successful farm mutual insurance company in southern Ontario, South Easthope Mutual Insurance Company. The users gave the programmers directions on how to input insurance information. The manager directed the programmers on legislative requirements and statistical requirements. In that span of time, a completely new insurance application evolved into the best software to run a property and casualty insurance company.
In no time, other insurance companies heard about the programs being developed by SEH Computer Systems Inc. The other companies looked at the performance, speed, and efficiency that the software was affording the users. They asked how they could get that software to achieve the same results for their companies.
Before the software was fully completed, there were already five companies using the software. SEH Computer Systems Inc. was then born. The software was slowly customized to meet the unique needs of each of these companies. Through constant coordination with the users, the company now offers an unbeatable software package that incorporates policies, claims, premiums, general ledger, investments, imaging, encryption, and many other features. There is no need for extra accounting or reporting packages to be used. Indeed, SEH Computer Systems Inc. has created the only software that a property and casualty insurance company requires.
Now there are many different customers, four developers, two management, and six directors that are making changes to meet todays insurance needs, for all property and casualty insurance companies. The software is constantly be evolving to meet changing needs.
The changes in the past few years started with a new direction from management, retooling the developers workstations and tools, returned to listening to the users more with open communications and user meetings, and finding a home of our own.
The company is releasing new products and adding new functionality to existing products. The company is moving ever forward, onward, strong and new, like the titans of the past.
